improvements, handicap accessible improvements to existing buildings, acquisition of land for
wildlife preservation, and construction of boat docks, bicycle paths and walking trails.
The grant application process includes determining the needs of the client and, in some
cases, if they meet the low to moderate income level set by the government agency as a
requirement for grant qualification. Once it has been determined that the client would be a
good candidate for grant monies, we work closely with the client throughout the grant
application process. Our responsibilities include setting up and attending the necessary
meetings and preparing the necessary application paperwork. Depending on the type of grant
awarded, our firm provides planning and assistance, design and construction services as well
as project closeout services.
